I'm strategy director: a business and cultural intelligence connector, fueled by non-stop qualitative and quantitative research. I work making sense of how experiences could be, in partnership with the designers who create everything what we make, use, and discard—IRL and digitally. Over the years, that’s meant forecasting, branding, and all kinds of writing for clients including AB InBev, Adobe, Amazon, Behr, Booz Allen, BMS, Claire’s, Intuitive Surgical, Oscar Health, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Sanofi, SC Johnson, Target, and many others.

The Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum published my book, "Design for Repair: Things Can Be Fixed," under the DesignFile imprint in May 2015. Metropolis, Fast Company, and Core77, among other fine printed and digital media, have published my writing recently.
